This excellent collection of Jakers! tales includes:
Sheep on the Loose - Piggley is put in charge of caring for the family's sheep, and his enthusiasm for the task causes Wiley (the ram) to run away.
Waking Thor - (Exercise some caution with this episode if you have very sensitive children, as this is -- unusually for a Jakers! episode -- quite sad. Not as extreme as "Bambi's mother" but you get the idea!) Ferny's pet goldfish, Thor, dies of natural causes, and his friends organise a "wake."
Donkeys Into Racehorses - Piggley sets out to train his donkey to become a racehorse, to dispute an old Irish saying that you can't.
Molly Had A Little Lamb - Piggley's sister Molly acquires a playful pet lamb, which, as in the nursery rhyme, causes trouble when it follows her to school.
