4 out of 5 stars Excellent book   February 20, 2010

It is of course all obvious once you've read and tried the activities... they seem so natural but why didnt I think of them before!

This is an excellent easy primer of all the different things we can do with babies when we need inspiration or are just tired of the same old stuff... or just tired.

I highly recommend this book.

3 out of 5 stars Some new ideas (and some obvious ones too!)   February 11, 2010

I picked this one having reviewed similar books as I felt it looked more comprehensive and focused on the first 12 months rather than trying to address toddlers in the same book. Some of the ideas are pretty obvious (to fill some pages I guess!) but I found quite a few that were new to me that have been working well with my baby (and I have adapted some too). The book is broken down into sections for newborns - 3 months, 3-6 months, 6-9 months and 9-12 months. He's only 4 months, so I can't vouch for whether the ideas work beyond that age range!

4 out of 5 stars Baby brain training games   April 16, 2009

I think this bok was really good. It is a shame it only goes up to 12 months. The games are really good for their development and also they give parents creative ways to entertain babies.
